Other resources available to university employees include the Oklahoma Tobacco Helpline, BCBS Lifestyle Management Tobacco Cessation program, and Well onTarget® Quit Tobacco coaching.

The Oklahoma Tobacco Helpline is a free resource available to all Oklahomans age 13 and older. The Helpline provides the following services:

·         At minimum, a two week supply of nicotine replacement therapy

·         A minimum of one coaching call with a trained Quit Coach

·         Web Coaching, supportive text messages, helpful emails and a quit plan

·         Access to these services twice in a twelve month period

In BlueCross BlueShield’s Lifestyle Management Tobacco Cessation program, members are assigned a health care professional. This Lifestyle Management Specialist works with the member to develop a personalized plan to reach their goal. To enroll in BCBS’ Lifestyle Management program call 866-412-8795 and choose Lifestyle Management.

Well onTarget® assists members with setting a personal goal and tracking progress as well as assigning a coach to assist the member in reaching that goal. To utilize the Well onTarget® coaching program, log on to www.wellontarget.com, choose Coaching and then choose Quit Tobacco.
