Offered by Thrive Employee Well-being program for State and Education employees


Program Details:

1.     6-week step-by-step program  with weekly insights, assessments, TED Talks and activities

2.     Based on the Porter Stress Model by Jim Porter

3.     Delivered on-line with weekly emails to support and guide the week’s activities

4. Time involvement should only be 30 minutes to an hour each week unless the individual prefers more

5. Done on your own time schedule and pace
